Founded in 1986, Computer Confidence, Inc. has built a strong reputation for providing quality corporate training. We are growing rapidly as an IT training and consulting firm with affiliations in up-state New York . Our management team has over 40 years of training and IT experience. CCI is one of a handful of training companies that writes its own MS Office training manuals. Currently our manuals are sold nationally to other training companies, colleges, and the government. CCI has provided thousands of services and programs to corporations and the private sector.

CCI Professionals are selected based on their technical expertise, teaching skills and experience, and desire to excel. Our computer trainers have over five years of training experience for major corporations, and have educational degrees. CCI conducts an extensive train-the trainer program for all our instructors and seminar leaders. Many of our seminar leaders are members of the National Speakers Association and/or Toastmasters International, many are vendor certified.
